RETURNS POLICY
Faulty Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from the images shown, we’re so sorry! Please contact us if you have any issues and we will endeavour to make things right.
Goods found to have manufacturing defects or damage in transit will be replaced at no charge. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Peter Evans Art within three (3) days of the receipt of the order. All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect or damage will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return of faulty goods to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods. Peter Evans Art can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit.
Change of Mind Returns
For returns where the Product is subject to a change of mind and has been unused and unopened you may return it to us within 7 days of purchase. If the goods were sent under 'Free Shipping' the original freight cost will be recovered by Peter Evans Art and deducted from the store credit. To qualify for this return policy you must comply with the directions for returning the product that we provide to you.

School Holiday Art Classes
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For any student cancellations, we offer a full refund or credit provided we receive 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of the Class Event.​ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Class commencement time will not be entitled to a refund unless we can fill the spot. Thanks for your understanding.
Peter Evans Art reserves the right to amend any class or schedule. If this arises we will endeavour to provide a substitute class and schedule. Should a class or course, art party be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class at a suitable time for both parties will be arranged, or a credit for a future session or a full refund will be offered depending on the request of the customer.
Term Classes
Enrolment and Payment
Payment of the full term fees must be made prior to, or at the first class. All students attending our term classes are entitled to a 10% discount on any Holiday Art classes in the holidays following their term enrolment. Art terms generally run the same times as Queensland Public Schools (8-10 weeks in duration).
Absences
If you miss a week due to any circumstances there will be no make up classes available unless otherwise negotiated prior to absence. We occasionally run extended classes towards the end of term to capture anyone who has missed a class during the term. For extended absences due to unforeseen circumstances we will negotiate credit for other classes.
Substitution of Student
For Term Blocks, we cannot substitute students mid-term. However for all other one-off classes, Students can be substituted for others without any notice required. You can just tell us on the day!
Loyalty Program
Should you attend 5 classes you will receive your 6 class free. We will contact you when you are eligible to use this fantastic discounted offer.
Gift Certificates
‘Purchased’ gift certificates do not have an expiry. You can redeem the Digital Gift Cards through our store by selecting redeem a gift card at checkout. To use to book a class use the manual payment option and contact us with the gift card code.
Our Cancellation and Refund policy applies to ‘Purchased’ gift certificates used to pay for classes.
General Terms
Marketing
We often take photos or videos during class of students and artworks. These photos are used for Peter Evans Art promotional purposes such as social media, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Peter Evans Art. As part of your enrolment into any class, we will seek your permission to use these photos. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, yoru child or artwork please notify us via the enrolment form on the Events.
Privacy
Contact information you supply to Peter Evans Art will not be disclosed outside the school without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit card information that you may provide.
Work Health and Safety Policy
Peter Evans Art is committed to the active promotion of Work Health and Safety for all teachers and students.
Privacy Policy
When you send us an email, register your contact details or enroll in a course, your contact details will be recorded.
Peter Evans Art will from time-to-time send emails to parents of students and past students for the purpose of marketing. Should you not wish to receive mailings from Peter Evans Art, please notify us that you wish to unsubscribe and you will be removed from our mailing list.
